Refund policy

 


We have an ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy. Once customers make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund. 

 

Pre-orders typically take 2 weeks to ship,  however, please contact us to check the status of when your pre-order is scheduled to ship, they all vary depending on the date of purchase and the item. Not all pre-orders ship in 1 week. 

 

By placing this order, you are acknowledging that this product will not ship out until the fulfillment estimated date given in the description, if there’s no date please contact one of our sales reps. (support@estelitalashes.com) or call us at: .

 

Also please note that if you purchase a pre-ordered item and an in-stock item in the same order, we will ship the order out separately and waive the shipping cost of the pre-order item.

 

Disclaimer: If your pre-order does not arrive on the estimated arrival date given, we at Foreign Lashes can or will be held responsible, All of our products are manufactured in different parts of the country and due to unforeseen weather forecast changes that may occur a delay in shipments, or DHL custom holds, Foreign Lashes Items can not be held for any possible arrival delays. Arrival shipping delays do not always happen, but sometimes they do, and we just want to set our customer's expectations.

 

If in fact the international shipping delays that may occur, interfere with an upcoming event or deadline you are wishing to meet, you are welcomed to exchange for a different item in stock that is ready for immediate shipment or request a store credit.
